Wacker Tower

Space is available for lease in our building at 68 E. Wacker Place, which is located between Michigan Avenue and Wabash Avenue, one block north of Lake Street. This historical building was the original Chicago Motor Club building, but has since been outfitted with modern conveniences such as three high speed elevators to every floor and a colocation center with internet access up to T3 speeds for tenants.

We offer our tenants 24x7 building access, full janitorial services, adjacent parking, mens and womens restrooms on each floor, electrical rooms, double glazed opening windows, air conditioning, building security and beautiful views of the Chicago River and Wacker Drive. Full floors, suites and offices are available with flexible leasing arrangements.
